Great webcam but weird design
The webcam itself is great. Good picture quality, great audio, etc. My complain and reason for 4 stars is this thing requires you to install software to turn the microphone on. That to me is a dumb design. I understand people may "fear" that big brother is listening to them and want a way to disable the microphone, ok so add a clip switch on the back. Having to install software to toggle the mic on is just a silly concept and design for a webcam. Shouldnt need any software at all. Read more

Good webcam but a bit deceiving
At full price, I was expecting a new retail package with instruction manual and software, as described. What I received was an obviously returned item in a plastic bag, wrapped haphazardly without manual or software included. The camera works and seems to be of good quality. Without packaging or serial number, will I have problems with warranty? Read more
