I'm really digging this backpack. It has lots of storage options for all kinds of stuff, including my 32 oz steel water bottle. It expands well when adding more and more…stuff. I got the black version, which looks nice and wears well. It's light enough on its own, so it doesn't add significant weight to your back. It's comfortable to wear and is very well constructed. I can easily carry my laptop, water bottle, pens/pencils, tablet, phone, g'ma, books, small change of clothes…okay, I lied about the g'ma part. I love that it has lots of straps for travel options such as binding it to my rolling luggage. It's very much worth the price. My only caveat, as others have noted, is the gaudy "FASHION TRENDS" tag on the back. It doesn't come off. At all. Ever. But a black permanent marker works to obscure it. Read more

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this bag. It's amazing! It's well made... great fabric, wonderful stitching, well designed!! The straps are a very thick comforterable foam strap! I love all the pockets.... oh yeah... ok I lied... I have one thing I don't care for about the bag and that's the name tape across the front thay say "fashion trends" I understand that's the logo but it's so big and I just don't cats for it. This backpack has so many pockets. There are more than enough pockets to store your phone, laptop, drink, keys, pens, makeup, tissues, snacks, and about anything else you can think of. In fact, I’m not sure I could come up with enough things to take with me to fill all the pockets. And the main compartment has a laptop pocket and plenty of space left over for textbooks (does anyone still carry books around to classes? If so, this backpack will get you there). The backpack has sturdy straps and extra padding the in back to keep it comfortable, so it will work for school but also for hiking. It can also be used for travel, for throwing in a change of clothes for a quick overnight trip, or it can be strapped to a rolling suitcase to carry it through the airport with ease. I got the purple, and I think the color is striking. The one thing I don’t like is the label across the back that says Fashion Trends, as I am not one to follow trends. But everything else about this backpack says strong, durable, and hard-working. And there are pockets for days. Read more

Roomy backpack with decent organization options in both the smaller compartment and small pockets. The material is strong and water resistant, the zippers feel like they are decent quality, and the stitching looks well done. The main compartment has a laptop pocket with good padding to protect electronics. I use mine for carrying equipment for paranormal investigations. The main compartment easily holds an SB-11, Rem Pod, multimeter, 11 K-2s, a few sets of dowsing rods, and an umbrella safely and with plenty of room for more items. The shoulder straps and back panel have good padding to make the pack more comfortable. I usually carry 10-12lbs in my pack and typically carry it for about 3 hours, while walking a minimum of 1.5 miles while carrying it. The water bottle side pockets are snug, but will hold my largest water bottle, a 32oz wide mouth that is about 3.5 inches wide. See attached pictures for reference. There are straps above the water bottle pockets to secure tall bottles The only thing I don’t like is one of the small exterior pockets closes with a nice buckle clasp, but the top edges of the pocket are not secured closed. I’m not likely to tip my pack upside down where things would fall out, but I wouldn’t trust keeping small items or valuables inside that could fit through the gaps, or be pick-pocketed. Please see attached pic for clarification on this pocket gap that you can see if you push the top of the pocket to the side. The pack overall feels well-made and would be great for a student or young traveller. I find the big “Fashion Trends” patch a bit tacky and ironically I would not find this fashionable enough to have carried this to my white-collar office job. I’m very happy with it as an equipment bag for a casual setting. Update: I was able to remove the “Fashion Trends” patch with a seam ripper and small sewing scissors without damaging the fabric. Perfect for school or travel. This heavy duty backpack can store a 15” laptop, along with books, notebooks, phone, and water bottle. This backpack has a number of different compartments and pockets, including a large main compartment, several front zipper pockets, and side pockets. I plan to use this to store my overnight needs that I don’t want to keep in the suitcase. The padded shoulder straps are nice and fit well. The only thing that is a”con” is the stitched on label reading “Fashion Trends”. I do not think the younger crowd would like this on their backpack. I plan to cut the threads and remove the label.
