I love this messenger bag. It's just the right size and weight not to put a lot of pressure on my back. I measured it and got height 8 3/4", width 5 3/4", and gusset 2 5/8" at its thickest point. It is smaller than a lot of bags that I've used in the past so there's no place for a water bottle or a tablet but it fits my phone just fine and my wallet, my passport, lotion, hairbrush, keys, tissues, and more actually but that's the essentials. The strap is long and adjustable. It's long enough for me and I'm a plus size woman. It isn't padded but it is comfortable. I love my new bag and its color (purple).
