Review update: just a suggestion. The flat back may need to be made bigger because it is hard to hold it place while trying to screw it in. I did lose one of the flat backs. Healing-wise, it is still a good buy. I bought this set because my new piercings were taking much longer than expected to heal. The wounds kept reopening, getting irritated, and even showing early signs of infection with my previous earrings. I specifically wanted something flat-back and hypoallergenic to stop the constant irritation. After wearing these for 3 days straight, I can honestly say I haven’t felt any pain, pressure, or soreness. The flat-back design makes a huge difference — there’s no pointy backing stabbing the back of my ear, even when sleeping or laying on my side. What I noticed immediately: My piercings stopped feeling tender No redness or swelling No irritation from friction Much more comfortable than standard studs Pros: Flat back design (very comfortable, even for sleeping) No sharp or pointy backing Gentle on sensitive or healing piercings Lightweight and secure Stylish enough for everyday wear Cons: Screwing the backs on takes a little patience at first (common with flat-back earrings) Who this is best for: Anyone with new piercings, sensitive ears, or piercings that keep getting irritated or infected. these are amazing!! i was doubtful that they would hold up at the beach- i went for two weeks and wore the same pair of the hoops and they stood up against the salt water perfectly. none of the gold has scratched off yet, they look as good as new. they are easy to put in the ears and don’t come out when you sleep due to the screw back. the hoops also stay put due to the very sturdy snap- the snap is a bit hard to get in place so mirror is reccomended to put them in. the yellow gold matches all my yellow gold jewelry so i can mix and match pieces and have them look like a set. my ears are also NOT GREEN!! after countless beach days and showers my ears are completely not green. on the smallest pair of crystal earrings, the crystal fell out in the packaging. i could probably put it back in and use tweezers to bend the metal in place to keep it in, though. I bought these earrings to help heal a second earlobe piercing I got done. They work great for the price, I haven’t had any issues with irritation, or skin discoloration from fake metals and I’ve worn them daily and in the shower. The flat backs are comfortable so you can wear them while you sleep. I would recommend unscrewing all the backs off the earrings when you first receive them, because they can get stuck, which has unfortunately happened to some of mine. They also tend to unscrew themselves from time to time which has resulted in losing some pairs, but overall it’s a great product and I will buy another pack if I lose more of the ones I currently have. The hoops can be a bit tricky, the part that inserts into the ear tends to not line up with the recieving end, it gets better the more you use them, as it kind of breaks in the connection, but overall they’re a cute accessory especially if you have multiple ear piercings. The flat backs can be a bit tricky at first to screw in but it’s easy to get the hang of it the more you use them. If you have very long nails (like LONG 2in+ Acrylics) you’re gonna have a really hard time screwing the backs on, but otherwise I highly recommend this product. Read more

I’ve had these earrings for a few months now and they have not faded at all. It was a little nervous purchasing these because I thought that they might fade but they’re definitely 14 K they look so good and I’ve had in the same pair in for months, and they literally look as shiny and good as when I first got them. I've had the earring on for a few days now. Very light and comfortable, can't even feel it with headphones on! No allergies have developed and the color is still the same, no tarnish. Returned. I liked the hoops but they would fall out and the studs were too difficult (for me) to put in. It genuinely took me like 20 minutes, I didn't get it the first time and once I got them both in the second time I realize it just wasnt worth it. The screw back is a nightmare especially if you have nails longer than your finger tip ! The ball kept slipping and I swore I was going to lose all of them. I don't need that many earrings if it's a pain to try and change them out. For the price, I'm sure they are good, just not for me. I am the type to put jewelry in and leave it, though. These earrings are simple and cute, and the gold plating looks nice. They’re hypoallergenic, so no irritation for sensitive ears, which is great. The only downside is that they’re much smaller than I expected, so if you want a more noticeable stud, these might be too tiny.
