I love this pan. Good size and the shallower depth make it extremely versatile and easy to use for any number of meals. As for cleaning, I use a chain mail type scrubber, the kind used for cast iron. It gets any burnt on crud off it without a lot of work. Another thing is to heat it properly before adding anything, dropping a drop of water on it and seeing if it dances across the bottom, and then add oil or food. It’s a good pan for the price. I have a set of stainless steel pans/pots but needed one that I did not have. I make sauce and meatballs and needed a pan that was deep enough to not overflow when all the sauce and meatballs were cooking, as well as have space at the top to let the moisture cook off so the sauce wasn’t watery, and wide enough to cook a large amount. I absolutely love this pan. It was the perfect size. My meatballs and sauce cooked perfectly and even heat distribution. This is my new favorite pan. Better quality than the set I have. I might start buying more sizes in this brand to upgrade my current set. Read more

Love my pan. easy to clean and cooks well not real heavy but durable. love the look and clean-up is a snap. have not had issues with things sticking. stands up to cleaning without scratching . without all the dangerous toxins that come with lots of these nonstick pans. Gotham steel was a waste. hex-clad does ok but way pricey and this does the same thing. have purchased the pots pans baking sheets to match Read more

I wanted a nice, large wide pot and for the most part this one does the job. I like to double some recipes for leftovers and some recipes need a wider pot such as arroz con pollo or biryani. I like this pot, but wish it had a thicker bottom. My regular sized pots have 3 ply bottoms that are better for heat distribution and browning things. They are also perfectly flat where this one bows up in the middle a bit which also makes browning harder. If I had to purchase again, I’d pay more for something similar with a 3ply bottom. Read more

I got this because I wanted some new stainless steel cookware, and I knew I wanted tri-ply cookware for durability and hopefully even heating. Now, I am a line cook by trade, and have been so for 21 years, and so I feel confident that I can spot decent cookware when I see it. This pan is very nice and well-made. It has a good amount of heft to it and the finish is very nice. It heats evenly enough, especially considering the rather low asking price. I do have a couple All-Clad pans too, but those are just too expensive for me right now. So I gave this one a try. Is it as nice as my 250 dollar All-Clad fry pan? Not really, no. But this pan was significant less than a fraction of the cost of that pan, and for what it is, it performs great. It heats rapidly and evenly, with no hot-spots burning food anywhere in the pan. For the asking price to performance, it's one of the best cookware buys I have made in 20 years. I can't wait to try more pans by the manufacturer in the future. Good stuff, indeed. Read more
