Absolutely no problem with rust or with warping over heat. Has thus far been dependable and easily washed and dried by hand. It seems quite large and capacious. I believe it is versatile enough to use as a stock pot. It is rather heavy and came with instructions stating it should not be used on high heat nor should it be moved vigorously as the food cooks in the wok. I believe this is sturdy but admittedly was accustomed to a higher heat and shaking my wok and utensils while stir frying. It cooks slightly slower initially each time until it heats through. But it cooks successfully and I have no complaints, simply had to adjust. Read more

Well built sturdy. Use it on induction stove. Transfers heat well. The 11 inch top with a smaller 5 1/4 inch bottom works well on the smaller induction burners. But not on my largest induction burner. I like it & use it more then my Henckels & Staub cookware. Read more

Overall, it’s a nice stainless steel pan and cooks evenly. However, after a couple of uses I noticed some white stains that don’t completely go away even after cleaning. It’s also a bit thinner than I expected, though it still feels sturdy enough for everyday cooking. For the price, it’s a solid option, just not as heavy-duty as I hoped. Read more

A great replacement to my banged up everyday pan, I love this one much better and I love that it's oven save. I suspect it'll hold up longer than my old non-stick, stainless steel is certainly more durable and won't peel. Read more

I love cooking with woks and went through two nonstick ones and a carbon steel one before finding this stainless steel flat bottom wok. It's great. Works perfectly with my flat top radiant stove, and it distributes heat evenly. It's also really easy to clean! Some hot water and a scrubber will get off any food residue with minimal effort. This thing should outlast all my prior wok pans. Read more
