I got this for my wife as we head into the fall months and she finds that the sweater is rather cozy and helps to keep her warm, but the fit is a little outside what she considers ideal. She found it to be a bit roomier in the shoulders than she would like and it causes a somewhat inflated or excessive look at the top that some may not find to be ideal. The sweater itself is of good quality and weight and does not feel too heavy on. She hasn't washed it yet, so we are hopeful that maybe the shoulder issue will lessen after washing. Overall, though, my wife finds this to be a decent sweater that she will be rotating into her wardrobe as we head into the fall now. It is still a little too warm to be wearing it for more than an hour or so, so she hasn't worn it out and about yet. That will be coming shortly though! Read more

I have mixed feelings about this sweater. The fit is good, just what I expected from a large size. The sleeve length is great for my long arms. The fabric is wonderfully soft with a small knit. It laundered well in delicate cycle with cold water and air drying. All in all, this is a quality garment. My problem is with the color scheme. When I ordered it, my thought was that it was a very nice shade of red, offset with the white stripes. And that part is true. However, when wearing the sweater, the effect is not quite the same as shown in the pictures. My husband laughed about how I looked and made jokes about “The Cat in the Hat”.
