I really like this eyeliner but as we all know onceyou like an item and try to get a replacement, the cosmetics company either repackage it so you can’t find it or it is out of stock. This eyeliner is perfect for me. Goes on easily and washes off with soap and water. Also does its job well. Really accents theses green eyes nicely! Got a couple and will go back for more. I have always had trouble applying eyeliner, either it was too waxy or too liquid. I found this L'Oreal Paris Never Fail Eyeliner to be the best ever!!! I was really excited to try this because I love the Infallible lipsticks, but this liner falls short in so many ways. It takes many, many swipes of color to apply the liner to your lids. It's almost like it's not nearly pigmented enough. It goes on streaky and clumpy. It also runs throughout the day. Overall, it's a ZERO for me. Read more
