Great eyeliner! Felt-tip, like a sharpie lets you make precise, shake free lines. Even if you’re not a pro at making the perfect cat eye, it’s super easy with this eyeliner. The tip is pretty stiff, but not hard, so it doesn’t feel like you’re scratching your eyelid. But not so soft that the tip just splays out like some eyeliner applicators do. It dries super fast and doesn’t smudge so you don’t have to wave your hands in front of your eyes to get it to dry. I applied it in the AM and it was still exactly where I put it after work.
