The packaging was beautiful. Truly timeless appearance. I picked the blush pink set. I love that the knives are of good quality and easy to use. Space saving which I love. My only negative is that the color is more tannish in color and not pink. But it also depends on how the light hits it. But I still love them. I hated to get rid of the box that’s how pretty it was. It was blush pink and such a pretty interior. The knives are thick and very sharp. So be careful. I love that they are very practical and functional while having a beautiful appearance all at he same time. Definitely worth the price. And I got them on prime day so they were on sale. Stylish storage cylinder with excellent quality sharp knives. I was happy with the limited amount since I'm not a professional and wouldn't use 12-15 knives. I haven't had them long enough to judge longevity of the knife blade but they seem to be very well made. Read more

The packaging of the knife set was a “wow”. Beautifully presented in a gorgeous gift type bag and box. Presentation: On opening the simple brown box labeled Lordelle, The Heart Of Your Home, you are surprised with an elegant gift bag which holds a wax sealed gift box. On opening the gift box with seal you find a beautiful dark green floral presentation that presents a business card with contact and product details. Next is to open further the “garden” box to reveal the elegant knife set. The presentation definitely is 5 stars. Knives and Holder I chose the block set in vintage ink. It is black on the bottom 2/3 and light ash color on the top 1/3. The color compliments my kitchen perfectly. I also smiled because at first glance it reminded me of a certain Irish beer, lol. The knives and holder are intentionally designed to be smaller than traditional knife sets. The design of the block is modern and sleek, minimalist. It has a small footprint taking up little space and so it’s perfect for any size kitchen. Standing just 1 foot tall the set is a refreshing change from the traditional knife block. The holder contains 5 knives. A 6.5” serrated bread knife, 6” chef knife, 5.5” santoku knife, 4.5” utility knife, and 3.5” paring knife. The knives are sharp, and well balanced made of x50 stainless steel with a satin finish. The handles are smaller than other knives I’m used to. They are a little short, perfect for a woman’s hand but I think a man might find them too small. Overall, the Knife Block Set by Lordelle seems to be a well made product tailored for modern kitchens. It is recommended that you hand wash your knives to keep the finish nice. This petite knife block has a nice blend of style, functionality, and ergonomics. It would definitely make a very nice gift!
