I recently ordered the LotFancy Cooling Eye Masks and have been quite pleased with their performance. The masks are fairly well-made, and I love that they come in a set of two, making it convenient to keep one in the freezer and the other ready for use. The gel inside the masks stays cold for a decent amount of time, providing a soothing, refreshing sensation that helps relieve eye strain, puffiness, and headaches. I did wish they'd stay colder longer, but I don't know if that's a limit of the mask or just in general that gel beads can only stay cold so long no matter the product. The adjustable strap is comfortable and fits snugly without feeling too tight, so I can use it while lying down or relaxing. I’ve also tried using them warm, and they work equally well for soothing tired eyes or promoting relaxation. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the gel doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like, and it does take a little longer to re-chill than I expected. The LotFancy eye mask comes in a pack of two which makes them a great deal for the price. I personally find these over stuffed, causing them to press on my eyes. You can move the contents around a bit to try and make it more comfortable but they're not the most comfortable of eye masks. When heating and cooling you defining want to follow the directions - especially with heating. It says to put in for 20 seconds and then add on in 10 second increments after that. I started with 30 seconds because it's the default single button push on the microwave. While they were comfortably warm on my eyes at this time, the plastic on the outside was very warm and felt very thing. I imagine if it were heated any longer bad things would happen. I froze for the 1.5 hours it recommended and they came out nice and cool. If it weren't for the weird pressure on the eyes it would have felt very nice. The other thing I'm not a huge fan of is the strap. It's a very long stretch of velcro on elastic straps. While this allows for an adjustable fit, having a long piece of the grabbing end of the velcro open to the world allows it to stick to anything you're laying your head against. I feel the same thing could have been accomplished with a much smaller piece of velcro. Overall for the price -they're ok. They might feel better if you just lay down and lay them across your eyes as opposed to trying to strap them in. Read more

The description made these sound great. In reality, I can't use them at all. They have an elastic band secured with Velcro to hold them in place; it is very short and barely goes around my head. Plus, even if I can get it secured (as it pulls my hair into the Velcro), it holds the mask so tightly against my face that it is painful. I thought of cutting the band off, but without that, it just sits on the bridge of your nose and your forehead--it is too stiff to drape over your eyes. I love that these can be used hot or cold, and the handy 2-pack means you can use one for each! Plush backing is super soft and comfortable to wear; adds just enough of a protective barrier against the beat or cold. Elastic strap with velcro is easy to adjust. Sturdy vinyl pouch will not easily crack or puncture under proper use. Just 5 min of cold therapy helped alleviate my sinus pain related to a recent cold. Also great for de-puffing your eyes! I really love that these masks have a fabric layer on the side that goes against your face. Normally, I don't buy this type of mask, because the plastic sticks to your skin, but these have solved that issue. The back of the mask is very soft and feels comfortable against your skin. The strap is adjustable, so you can just just the right amount of pressure. I also really like that it's a two pack, since I can put one into the freezer as they warm up so that I always have at least one cold one (or keep one in the freezer and one in the drawer to use as a hot compress instead).
