On second school year for a teen who carries 35 pounds of stuff without a locker. It has held up very well!! The pocket for her school chromebook is perfect plus it holds a huge pencil bag, 2 1in ring binders, a standard size rectangle lunch box, and a 32oz water bottle in the side pocket. It is a great back pack. It is very durable. It holds a lot in weight. My daughter has to carry all her book's, folders, pencil container, markers, papers and so on. There are no lockers or desk to put her stuff in so this back pack carry's it all. The straps are comfortable and adjust. The zipper's work with no problem. Great value for your money.
