UPDATE on the update: received a brand new carry-on bag! They DO honor their warranty! This one works perfectly! The only problem we had with the other bag was the telescoping handle that broke. The replacement they provided has no problems whatsoever! The bag itself is great, holds a lot, well made, and rolls very well. Excellent customer service!!! I would certainly recommend this company! UPDATE: I increased my review to two stars. Contacted their customer service, and there is a 3-year warranty on this bag. They are replacing for free. We shall see what the new one does! Terrible! This is exactly the right size, per the 2026 TSA requirements, to fit in the overhead bin. (Double check with your airline - they aren't all exactly the same.) It's a good size for short trips although a smaller person than myself might be able to fit a week's worth of clothing inside. The wheels roll easily and it balances well. The only thing I would disagree with in the description is "Hard Shell." It is not "hard" at all. The plastic is thin. It isn't cloth or fabric but feels flimsy and will not withstand much abuse. If for some reason you are forced to gate check this bag, there's a good chance it will be damaged by careless and rough baggage handlers. This worked great for its intended purpose. It is my fault that I didn’t pay attention and get an expandable suitcase which I wish I got. Since it was an expandable packed suitcase really good and tight. Zipper closed without breaking. Otherwise, this is great. Read more

Compared the Luggex, Bagsmart and Vankean 22x14x9 carry-ons. This one had small interior space due to the protrusion of the handle. Compartments are fine but due to the split design, overpacking will cause stress on the zipper potentially causing failure. This is closer to a 19-inch carry-on due to the design.
