Not really built for comfort- but that isn't a bad thing.
The point of this is to hit pressure points. That isn't necessarily going to feel good- but it is effective in reducing pain after use- which is the goal. I like it and use it daily. Read more
Vertebrae and jaws alignment (on my own!)
This is an interesting vertebrae tool. I have other ones, but so far I am realizing this one aligns my neck and jaws better. The nodules feel amazing as you move your neck slightly back and forth, up or down to find the spot(s) you need alignment most. Trust me, you'll know when you find that spot! Was able to pop my jaw back to it's correct position twice and I've only used this twice. I notice after lying on it for a minute or two and then move to a different spot, I can feel that "rush" of release for a moment, which is very nice. Please see pics for C1 Atlas placement (held my hair to show you the height of this tool) and C4-C5 placement. I recommend trying this if you have vertabrae and jaw alignment issues. Gave this 4 stars because it does slide if you move your legs up or down and then you have to reposition the tool with your hands to find the spot you need thise nodules on. Keeping this for those weeks I cannot afford alignment from my chiropractor. Read more
Dangerous Tool
This tool is dangerous! I bought it to help with my tight occipitals after a car accident. I used it as instructed and ended up irritating a nerve in my neck that has given me severe intense tinnitus that has not abated after weeks. Now I'm having to see multiple expensive providers and specialists to get this tinnitus to stop. Please use caution when using this tool, it might make your problems even worse! Read more
