These steaming eye masks are divine! They heat up as soon as you take one out of the package. They stay hot for an average of 30-40 minutes, however, mine lasted almost an hour. I soaked up that entire hour because these are magic. You simply put the ear straps over your ears and relax. These magical masks will do all the work. I have bad eye sight even with my glasses on my eyes are fatigued and dry by evening time. The steam brings moisture back to my eyes soothing them. I’ve used these consistently for a couple weeks now. They are very easy to put on and comfortable while on. They do warm up but not to the point where my eyes or skin are burning. I deal with dry eye and these are very effective in relieving the stress from my eyes. I leave them on for about 20 minutes and I must say I’ve had some of the best sleep.
