I LOVE this whole product line and have purchased these individually in the past. This kit is a great value for the price, once you add up all of the items and calculate what they would be to buy piece by piece. Also, it allows me to share them with my husband! I use the toothpaste and mouthwash on a daily basis and have for quite some time now. The white strips are so great for my sensitive teeth and I notice a difference after using a few days in a row. I had never used the Bright Pen until I got this kit but that is growing on me... an easy way to get in some whitening without waiting 30 mins. The toothbrush is very soft, but I prefer to use my electric brush, so I will save these for when we have guests. Overall, you can't go wrong with these products. I find them very effective, yet gentle. My dentist & hygienist had never heard of these before... maybe they will give them a try, too, once they see the difference they make in whitening my teeth. First I’m an avid coffee drinker. And my teeth pick up the stains from it. In 6 treatments of toothpaste, whitening strips and pen, plus mouthwash, I saw crazy visible results with absolutely NO sensitivity at all. I was so impressed that I begged my DIL to just to try the whitening strips. She has sensitive teeth so badly that she can only use toothpaste that is made for sensitive teeth. Her teeth are so sensitive that it hurts for days after routine teeth cleanings at the dentist. She was too scared to even try this because her teeth are just that ultra sensitive. On my 2nd week the results were even better…And still no sensitivity at all By the end of that week, when I promised her that I still had no issues, I convinced her to try just some of the whitening strips and so far she has not had any issues either. The strips go on so easy and stay put like no other strips I’ve used before. The ingredients are natural, peroxide free and really do remove stains and whiten teeth. One thing about the strips to know is that when you remove them, the product may feel “gummy or sticky” on your teeth. And that is because it doesn’t wash away with your saliva while using. It adheres to your teeth and goes to work. Once you have removed the strips, brush with whitening toothpaste and be amazed at the results. The toothpaste also works so well and I love the bristles on the included tooth brushes. But the mouthwash surprised me. Not for the whitening effects, because I have not noticed that with the mouth rinse, but the taste and fresh feeling in my mouth is great! I absolutely can’t stand antiseptic tasting mouth washes, so I used such a small amount the first time that I was shocked when I actually enjoyed the soft mint taste. It’s the first mouthwash I will consistently use because I don’t hate the taste the way I do other brands. This kit has EVERYTHING included to get the results with consistent use instead of quick bleaching that damages enamel. I purposely waited over two weeks to review this kit because I kept waiting for the sensitivity to show up with consistent use. And it never did!!! Just clean teeth that look brighter after each use.
