LunchGO G1 has been a timesaver by having my meal ready when I'm ready. I no longer have to wait for the microwave as sometimes when I'm very busy, I may miss lunch if I can't get to the microwave. LunchGO G1 solved this problem. The food container is made with high quality stainless steel, the screen is clear and intuitive, 2 ice packs are included, high-quality stainless-steel fork and spoon in a zippered pouch, a USB C cable and block charger, a well thought out manual and a very nice 2 compartment carrying case. BTW, I used the G1 for soup and Lean Cuisines (frozen), which fits in the container great. Pros: the 5-cup food container, setting the time is intuitive (however the manual clearly describes the functions and how to use), a separate compartment for the ice pack and a drink (and more), a timesaver having my lunch ready when I'm ready. I added some pictures of the second unit I got..one for me and one for my spouse. Notice the condensation on the lid, the temperature (190 degrees) and the Keeping Warm message. Super that I can determine how Iong to keep the food warm...in case I can't get to my lunch right away. I can set warm in 5 minutes intervals up to 30 minutes. And the other picture is my lunch, nice and hot. Cons: Hmmm, my learning for how much time to set for the food,. However, this was a short learning curve (knew what to set after the first use). This is a marvelous, well-planned product. It bridges the gap between soup and salad by providing a safe means of transport during the commute and mealtime (ice packs are included). I am posted to various sites without access to electricity. It is a joy to have a hot meal. Rice, small pasta, and stews have worked well. I had a previous electric lunch box that worked with a cord. I work on the road so this was great to heat food up. But I had to plug it in and wait for the food to heat. It was quicker, but food wasn't always heated through and throughout. I purchased this Lunchgo and love it. I love that it's wireless. I just put my food in the container the night before. The container has a lid which my other one didn't. It has a much more rugged lunch box for it and I purchased the ice packs to keep the food cool until heating. I love the ease of setting my lunch time and the unit heats my food without my having to do anything. It came with utensils that are much nicer than the cheap ones from my previous unit. What a great lunchbox this is. Now a hot meal is guaranteed every time. I really do like the "set it and forget it" concept. Takes the guesswork out of it. Set the time you want to eat, and then just turn it on. Extra large capacity, so no wimpy meals. Depending on what you pack, your heating time can vary, so it takes a little experimentation finding that perfect heat up time. Also, I add a little bit of broth or water depending on the food to keep everything hot and moist. Great portability, and its cordless!
