So far very easy when at rest breathing. Becoming much harder when working out. The product fits well in my mouth, it seems to be good quality and light weight. Keep in mind these are just adjustable valves. Use it to increase lung strength and not for struggling while working out. Read more

You get what you pay for, in this case each valve is adjustable, but you would barely notice the difference. Spent a little bit more money and get a better device and you’ll be much happier. Read more
Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for this lung device, but unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. The build quality feels cheap, and the device doesn’t seem durable enough for regular use. Instructions were vague, making it hard to understand how to use it effectively. Worst of all, I noticed little to no improvement in my breathing or lung capacity after consistent use. It feels more like a gimmick than a legitimate health tool. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for real respiratory support. Read more
