There were absolutely no instructions on how to use this product. You are supposed to stick it in your mouth and bite down and it has a know to turn that limits air flow but it just feels like I'm not doing something right but it feels like I'm biting down on a snorkel. That's the best way to describe how it feels to breathe in and out of that thing while biting down on the bite guards . They really do need to provide more info cause this dsnt improve lung capacity and is certainly not an ab trainer . Read more

The resistance is adjustable, though I do wish they had a stronger setting, this should be great for most people. It did not come with a reusable bag or instructions, though that is easily remedied!
