I’ve been using orthopedic pillows for about 5 years now, ever since I resolved my back pain. My only ongoing issue with most orthopedic pillows was that the distance between my chin and neck is quite narrow, so I could never find one that fit me perfectly. About two months ago, I came across Lussi pillows and decided to give one a try, hoping it would better support my neck. I’m not sure how to explain it, but you can clearly see in the photo how the pillow has adapted perfectly to my body and neck shape. (I included a side by side comparison with my old pillow). I’m a side sleeper, and this pillow keeps my spine properly aligned throughout the night. The neck support is exactly what I was missing with other pillows, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I also want to address comments I’ve seen about a strong smell… this was not an issue for me at all. I have severe allergies and a very sensitive nose, and if there were anything irritating or toxic, I would have noticed immediately. Plus, the pillow is washable if needed. Top notch quality when it comes to workmanship that went into making this pillow. I've been sleeping on it now close to a month and I wish I could say it has made a difference with my neck and shoulder pain but sadly not. The height of this pillow is considerably lower than what I am use to so this maybe an issue but I'm slowly getting more comfortable with it. I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for many years now (due to bad car accident in 2011). I am hoping with consistent use of this pillow overtime I will see some improvement. The pillow was packaged perfectly. Everything wrapped and boxed neatly. Clear instructions included for adjusting the pillow. I was skeptical whether it would help my situation because it was so much flatter than previous pillows I have used, but, so far, it has been incredibly comfortable and has alleviated discomfort in both my neck and shoulders. This "pillow" is a joke. Too thin, and the cheap/light memory foam makes this unusable. They also gave me a bag of extra support material in case it was needed. The chopped-up foam in the bag looked like it came out of a shipping box - totally useless! Also, the tag on the pillow says Designed in USA but nowhere does it say Made in China. That is on the outside of the box in small print. Amazing that we have forgotten how to make a good pillow in the USA. Zero stars - would not recommend. Read more
I consistently wake with pain in my neck and shoulders and my chiropractor recommended I get a pillow shaped like this. It has made a huge difference. No more pain in the morning. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow helps me to keep from pulling my head down toward my body, which creates a lot of tension in my neck. As long as I keep my head in the center square I don't get that tension that stays with me all day. Love it! Read more
Great pillow! Slept so well on it. It is not too firm, it’s more soft but good support. Love that it comes with extra fluff to put inside if you want more support. Also love that it came with a cover/pillow case! Read more
