Why did you pick this product vs others?: I read many reviews and this helped me decide. It’s a weird shape but will fit in a regular pillow case. My neck and shoulders sometimes keep me awake. I’ve only had it a week but am glad I bought it. Some say they slept better, can’t say I sleep better but at least I’m not hurting while not sleeping. I don’t use it as shown in the box. I just scrunch it up and stuff it where I want it. The memory foam supports my neck and is very comfortable. Wish I would have had the forethought to find it a few years ago. I will definitely take it with me on trips. Read more
I had a car accident and had lower back and neck pain, the orthopedic doctor recommended a orthopedic pillow. I bought this in June and have used it ever since. I use the flat 3.9 inch side and sleep great! I have recovered from my accident, I don't have anymore neck or back pain after sleeping! I'm a side and back sleeper. I can use this side and sleep comfortably on my side or back. I can't use the contoured side because it isn't comfortable to me and the arm rest is to small for me to use. It's the right shape and not to soft or to firm. This is one of the best purchases I've made! I won't go back to regular pillows anymore. Read more
This pillow is very comfortable and supportive for both myself a side and back sleeper, and for my daughter a stomach sleeper. We both were in need of a new supportive pillow and took our chances on this one due to its description. No more neck kinks for either of us! I would highly recommend and would definitely buy again! Very little support; advertised for back and side sleepers. After 5 minutes of trying this pillow on my back I got neck pain. Tried several minutes to find a comfortable spot; due to the design there is not much leeway to move. Definitely not made for side sleepers, as it was very uncomfortable. . Read more
Great pillow, terrible pillow case. Awful feeling unnatural polyester pillowcase. No options for alternative. Ordered a pillowcase with better material for a similar type pillow but it didn’t fit. These pillows' shapes are very specific to actual pillow and not interchangeable. If you use a standard/regular type pillowcase (made out of 100% cotton, let’s say), you can’t access the unique features of the pillow. It’s a dilemma as who wants to put their head and face against a case that feels slimy/slippery. Read more
No firmness to it. Not what I expected for a pillow. Read more
I have had Radiculopathy for some time causing tingling across my left shoulder and down my left arm. I tried Chiropractic but that didn't really help. I have been going to PT for the last couple of week and my therapist suggested I try a side sleeping pillow. I used this Hexus Cervical Neck Pillow last night for the first time and I couln't believe that as soon as my head hit the pillow I started to fall asleep. It cradled my head perfectly and there was no tingling in my arm which I usually get when I sleep on my left side. I had the best night's sleep I have had in months and I highly recommend this pillow. Read more
