I can't say enough good things about this bidet. This is the fifth one I've bought from this brand and the second of this model. I really like this particular model because the wash feature cleans the "gate" that protects the nozzel. It's incredibly easy to install. It's packaged beautifully and comes with simple directions and a QR code if you want to watch the video. I've been using this brand for over ten years and I will never not have a bidet. I feel so clean and use so much less toilet paper (just a little to pat dry). The cold water is honestly not an issue. You might think the cold water would be shocking but it's not, not even in the middle of winter and in the summer it's very refreshing. I recently had a very sensitive surgery and this thing was a lifesaver and made my recovery so much easier. If you are in the fence, go for it. So I've now bought three different bidets: one for my guest bathroom, one for my boyfriend's house, and most recently, this one for my master bathroom at home. I wish I'd started with this one, because I would've purchased this same one each time, had I known how nice it was going to be. I'm not really great at the installation things in life. So I waited and waited for my bf to put this on my toilet... But he's awful, so I finally gave up after 10 months and did it myself. (He's not actually awful, but doesn't respond well to honey-do requests. In his words, he just "wants me to have a feeling of accomplishment"....) *eye roll* It was very easy to install using just the owners manual paper it came with. One photo showed a little nut thing that gets tightened, and it showed it backwards in the photo from the way it came on the hose connecting water to the toilet, so that stumped me for a minute, and my fancy toilet also has bolt things holding the seat down that were nearly impossible to figure out how to remove, but once I moved beyond those obstacles, installation was fast-ish and very easy. This bidet works great, water pressure is terrific, it's very slim so it doesn't disrupt the way your toilet seat sits, but does come with spacers, just in case, and the feature of being able to lift it to clean underneath and sanitize the unit itself is just outstanding. That's my biggest complaint with the other bidets I've purchased. I would absolutely buy this again and I'd give it as a gift to really anyone. I know it sounds weird and some people seem a little standoffish about using a bidet, but once you do, they're kind of life changing. Especially this one! Read more

I have to say, I have not used a bidet before but this is really nice. It’s easy to install and easy to use. The water is a little cold so that may surprise you at first, but it works very well and you will feel so clean! It was a great value and is well made. The dials are nice and have different features, was very easy to hook up. You may need a new toilet seat that sits flat on it so it doesn’t leak, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend! Read more

First of all this bidet works GREAT especially for such a low price point. Easy to use and especially to clean (lifts up) which is mainly why I chose it. I also did not want to have to install an electrical outlet. BUT. It is not easy to install on an older toilet with older water lines, and toilet innards if fact it is impossible. So, I probably needed to replace the innards anyway as they were old and the supply water lines as well so once that was finished, it was a breeze to install. My original review after I just got it, is below. Not quite fair or accurate. Upon more usage, I found it was more of a problem of me needing to move the "target" in order to get clean. Since the aim does not change, nor is it accurate enough to "hit the spot" it is necessary for the user to put the "target" where the stream in going. After more use, I do recommend this product. Highly recommend for the money. ================================================== "Not quite sure what to say about this...good and bad. It works. shoots water like it should but does not effectively do what it should It seems like an odd thing (considering what it is used for) to return it, so I won't do that. It would be really awkward to do so. The bad is it does not clean my rear 100%, I will still need toilet paper and that is not to "dry" I have it mounted correctly, but it does not clean the "source" of the crap. It cleans 97-98% of matter, but not in a "hard to to get to" place....the source of the mess. I know it is not a high dollar bidet, but I was hoping for one that worked 100%. The good is that is reasonably priced, easy to install, looks nice (the wife does not think so, the whole idea of this turns her off) priced right and should be good until it breaks and I need to order another one, it is not intrusive looking, and tilts up as it should for cleaning. I am not sure a different brand would make any difference. Someone that I know, who has an installed, "high class one" (warm water, heat dryer. multi thousands) said I could not expect great results from a cheaper unit. Perhaps I expected too much. I will still use it, but will also have to use one or two pulls of toilet paper to clean up.....and getting rid of toilet paper going into the septic tank was something I wanted to happen. (For reference, I am 5'7" and 178 pounds, not a real "fat ass" type person. If you buy this unit, you will like it if you don't plan on it doing "it all."
