My new WHIFT185 Bidet is one of the best bathroom products I have ever purchased. I have bought and installed the LUXE NEO110 (single-nozzle) and NEO120 (dual-nozzle) bidets at my house in the past. Both are excellent products for cleaning areas that are difficult to get clean sometimes. But the new WHIFT185 bidet takes backside cleaning to a new level. It has two nozzles for front and back cleaning. And the Whift attachment, which is a small deodorizing spray bottle, makes my bathroom smell so much fresher, regardless of what I had for dinner the previous evening. The deodorizing bottles come in various scents. The WHIFT185 is also even easier to install than previous models. You do not have to remove the toilet seat. This is my 5th Luxe Bidet purchase and I am thoroughly enjoying it!! The 1st was during Covid, after a friend recommended it (lack of TP!!!). After seeing how clean and refreshed I felt, I had to get a 2nd one for my main bathroom. My husband is hooked on this bidet, too! We got a 3rd Luxe Bidet for my in-laws, and then they bought a 2nd. We got a 4th Luxe Bidet for my son, and then he bought another. We bought a 5th Luxe Bidet for an uncle (he’s blind), and he bought another. This product is simply amazing! The Bidet was simply to install with all the necessary parts to connect to existing waterline. Easy to use and provides effective cleaning. The built in de-odorizing spray does a good job of minimizing smells. The upgrade to this edition is noticeable and appreciated. Would recommend. Read more

Item installed properly as per the directions. Since the water pressure was too high, a pressure control valve needed to be installed. This is where the problems started with this bidet model. Pressure control valves that are available require a hose that is 1/2" by 3/8". This model comes with a fitting that uses a hose that has 3/8" fittings on each end. I had to order a kit that contained a hose adapter for the bidet that had the correct fitting sizes but the hose diameter was to large for the bidet and would not allow it to be raised for cleaning. the reason for buying the kit was that it had a step down fitting so that the original hose supplied with the bidet could be used. It would be helpful if this fitting would have been supplied and priced accordingly with the bidet purchase as many localities have higher water pressure than the units' design. I could not find this step-down fitting at any hardware stores and the only kit that had the adapter was on Amazon. So I wound up spending an additional $26 to install the unit.
