I have nothing but positive things to say about the product and the vendor. I received the order in half of the expected time. Kudos to LVB for fast service! The desk itself was extremely well packed. In fact, I was very impressed by the engineering that went into the packaging. Even though there were penetrations in the outer cardboard shell, the contents of the package were very well protected. Not a scratch! The desk assembled very easily following the enclosed instructions. The quality of the components is first rate, and fasteners and hardware are very good. All holes in the desktop and the legs/frame pieces were perfectly aligned. I was careful not to overnights the fasteners; using the included hex key helps to prevent that. Bottom line, assembly went without a hitch. The result is a substantial, attractive, and very sturdy desk. As others have noted, the desktop is hollow (very much like a hollow core door), but it should support a significant amount of distributed weight. A solid surface would have increased the overall weight to an extent that it would be much more difficult to ship and handle. The advertised ability to handle 500 lbs of weight is more than sufficient for a desk. Any more weight bearing capacity calls for a workbench. This desk is an incredible buy at this price point. I can't guarantee that every one of these desks will be as exceptional as the one I received, but given this example, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. Read more

This desk is HUGE! I love the look and size of it. It was pretty easy to put together. But requires at least two people to move around. The "wood" panels on top sound and feel kinda hollow. Not sure about that but I haven't had any issues with is holding my 57" monitor and massive pc so it should be sturdy enough. This is a very niche product. If you have to get rid of it later don't expect much interest due to its massive size. Read more

I highly recommend this desk!! I bought it for my art room so to have a spacious surface to paint off of. I was not disappointed!!! I put it together by myself and all the hardware is great quality. It was very easy to assembly and the directions were spot on. It is 31.5 wide so i put the top together outside the room. Then assembled the rest of the desk inside my room. I knew it would fit through my doorway fully assembled!!! Very nice desk!!! Read more

Love this table! I was looking for a affordable table that I could use as a puzzle table in our family room. It is sturdy and meshes well with our decor. It is well made and looks more expensive than it is. This is a 2 person job to out together in my opinion. Read more

This desk is easy to build and feels very strong. I wrote a note on a piece of paper and it did not damage the desk at all. There is enough space for a desktop computer leaving plenty of room for crafting and painting. The desk was easy to build — I did it by myself with the tools provided. Read more
