This supplement claims to combine ingredients for health/youth promotion and anti-aging effects. The contents of the capsule tastes slightly tart and bitter. The capsule melts in a few minutes in my mouth. For a decade, I have been taking NR (nicotinamide riboside) (300 mg/day). Item comes beautifully packaged, making a good first impression. The capsules smell very pungent, and seem to have very potent ingredients. Due to the high quality ingredients and lack of harmful oils and substances, in addition to the packaging and overall appearance I have given this supplement a five star review. Have been taking for three days now, not long enough to give an opinion on efficacy. But will update after a couple weeks to note any observed effects, positive or otherwise. This is a product that costs quite a bit for an item in the supplement category, however, it makes some big claims.
