Buy one size smaller than your normal pant size. These do keep you warm. Read more
Run a bit large, so may want to order down a size. Had to return 1st pair due to that issue, but second pair fits great. Just what I was looking for for winter golf. Read more

✅ These are a pretty solid idea for someone who wants pants that look a little cleaner than obvious snow pants but still have some winter function. The fleece lining is the main reason to buy them, and for colder walks, casual outdoor errands, or even a more polished everyday look, that part does make them useful. I found them comfy and super versatile as well as a fun color and overall good value for money. ‼️ My main hesitation is the fabric. At 76% polyester and 24% spandex, this is still a fully synthetic pair of pants. That means they can trap odor more easily than some natural fibers, and every wash can shed microplastics into the water. Polyester and spandex also do not break down quickly. In a landfill, polyester can persist for many decades to hundreds of years, and spandex is not exactly an eco-friendly fiber either. ▪️the fleece lining is what makes these stand out. If you want something warmer than regular flat-front pants, that is the real value here. For people who hate bulky winter layers, lined pants like this can be a lot easier. ▪️the water-resistant finish is helpful for light moisture, drizzle, or snow flurries, but i would not treat wording like that as meaning waterproof. Usually this type of fabric is better for short exposure, not a real soaking. And unfortunately that water resident finish means PFAS (aka forever chemicals). ▪️the 24% spandex is a lot, which probably helps with movement and comfort, but it also means this is a very synthetic, stretch-heavy fabric. That can feel nice on the body, though long term it usually is not the most breathable or environmentally responsible option. ▪️brand-wise, I’d still want more transparency on where the fabric is made, whether the water-resistant treatment is PFAS-free, and whether the company offers any meaningful testing or textile certifications. With clothing, that matters too. A fabric can feel nice at first and still have weak durability, questionable chemical treatments, or poor manufacturing transparency. ‼️ environmentally, these are not a great category overall. Polyester and spandex are petroleum-based fibers, they can shed microplastics with wear and washing, and they are not quick to biodegrade. If these are bought, the best environmental move is wearing them for a long time, washing less often, and air drying when possible to help preserve the fabric. ▪️some alternatives I found on Amazon: • Wrangler Authentics Men’s Fleece Lined Cargo Pant on Amazon, usually a more affordable option if warmth matters more than a cleaner dressier look • Eddie Bauer Men’s Rainier Fleece-Lined Pant on Amazon, usually a stronger choice if you want a more established outdoor brand • TBMPOY Men’s Fleece Lined Hiking Pants on Amazon, another similar synthetic winter-pant option if you want a more athletic look ⭐️ 4 stars. Useful concept and probably very comfortable for cold weather, but still a synthetic-heavy product with the usual microplastic and long-breakdown drawbacks, and I’d want more fabric-treatment transparency from the brand. Im now trying to decide which color im buying next Read more
