I rarely write reviews—this might actually be my first—but I had to for this faja. I’ve tried just about every highly rated faja on Amazon, and hands down, this is the BEST one. I’m 17 days post-op from a fleur de lis panniculectomy after losing 200 pounds. I’ve worn fajas daily for over three years during my weight loss journey, so I’m no stranger to compression garments. Before surgery, I used a shorts-length faja, but post-op, it caused significant swelling in my lower thighs. I needed something different: strong compression, knee-length to smooth my entire upper leg, adjustable sizing, no butt compression, a large bathroom zipper, and enough room to fit my JP drains. After trying at least 10 different fajas over the past few weeks (with all kinds of sizing issues, poor zipper placement, etc.), I finally found this one—and it’s a game changer. Here’s why: • Zipper access is unbeatable. It’s the longest I’ve seen—extending fully from front to back—so you don’t need to take it off to use the bathroom, even for #2. • It’s tall-girl friendly. I’m 5’9” with a long torso, and this fits me beautifully. It doesn’t ride up in the crotch and gives full coverage and compression where I need it. • Easy to put on. The wide-opening zipper in the crotch makes it easy to shimmy up without an exhausting workout. • Accurate sizing. I ordered a Large, and it fits as expected. The 3 rows of hooks allow for gradual size-down during healing. Oh- and the PRICE. I’ve tried everyone from the <$40-60 fajas to the $140+ fajas. I’m so thankful I found this faja—it’s been a lifesaver in my recovery and will continue to be part of my daily wear long-term. If you’re post-op or just looking for a high-quality, well-designed faja, don’t pass this one up! Read more

This is a great faja for post op (stage 2). The zipper goes down all along the crotch area so you can put it on with ease. It zips up to the waist area, and then has plenty of buckles for adjustment. The stars are padded on the shoulder area, so it's also comfy. Unfortunately, I sized up for extra comfort but, it is too loose on me. I am exchanging for a smaller one. True to size, ladies! (30" under breast, 23" waist, 39" hip and need an extra small for reference. The S did not compress at all). This is absolutely great for the price! Read more

I have purchased many compression items and I thought this would be perfect. It checked all the boxes wide straps, zipper front to back and knee length. But the butt area material is very thin like pantyhose. Soon as I put it on it ripped. I ordered the correct size and this is not the type of garment that you will be able to wash and wear multiple times. Read more

A great choice for those with thicker thighs. Smooth and comfortable all the way to the knee. Straps are very comfortable and the crotch zipper has a protective piece of fabric so that you are less prone to catching your skin. My only concern is the boning. I worry that they will leave an impression on the skin as I heal. To prevent this, I make sure to wear foam contour boards. Fit was accurate to sizing chart. Read more

The quality of the fabric, the cinching materials and assembly of this garment was great! It fit great in the body, shoulders, torso, and hips. The opening is great as it zips all the way down and around. Sadly, for my body, the thighs did not have enough compression and I needed something to go onto my knees covering as much as my whole knee as possible. But, these only went to the top of my knee. If I didn’t need more compression in the thighs and something to cover my knee, I would’ve kept these! It made me feel great in my body and hips. I’m 5 foot eight weigh 152 pounds and inseam on my pants is either a 32” or 34” depending on if I’m wearing with healed boots or flats. I ordered a large. I thought about ordering size down, a medium to get tighter thighs, but even though I don’t feel like I have a huge waist 33”, the large was very snug in my waist and if I were to order a size down, I think I would’ve been uncomfortable with a medium. So I’m sadly returning them. Read more

Very sturdy and just perfect. Compression is good but not uncomfortable. XL was a good size. Worth every penny. Update: I gave this faja five stars but today the zipper broke! I’ve had it for four days only!! I give it three stars now otherwise a good material. Read more
