My dentist recommended only once/week atop toothpaste small amount

This charcoal powder makes my mouth feel fresh and clean, but as with any abrasive powder, my dentist recommended to only use it once a week. And to just dust it coating the top of the toothpaste, just a little. I was hoping for more whitening, but again, the dentist usually tells me to avoid most whitening products. I have a very sensitive mouth anyway, but he's also an amazing bioidentical/holistic dentist. And we're all about the actual health not the appearance of it. So I'll keep this in the arsenal for the occasional extra scrub of the teeth. Read more
