Very loud and the first keys stopped working after 6 months

The tone and play options are nice, but the volume is set at max every time it turns on again and it is super loud. We had to put a layer of packing tape over the speaker to bring it down to a manageable level. Additionallt, we store it partially folded and it only gets played with a couple times a week for 5 minutes at most. But the individual keys started out needing some significant force to activate and now have completely stopped working at 10months. Read more
