I love this eye mask so much that when my luggage was lost after a recent flight, this was the first thing I replaced! It is a 100% blackout mask, with a soft cushiony feel that is weighted just enough to feel comforting and secure. The area over your eyes is slightly hollowed out and there's a small flap that lays across your nose so that not even the tiniest sliver of light comes through. I bought this for me and my boyfriend and let me tell you my sleep has improved significantly since using it! I cannot go to sleep if there’s any source of light around, and this does a wonderful job of blocking out the light, while being comfortable with an adjustable strap so it’s not too tight. I also thoroughly enjoy that it’s weighted with the beads because I also use a weighted blanket and I think the combination of both has me sleeping like a baby!! No horrible scent also is a plus!! This eye mask is weighted, but it’s not real heavy just heavier than the normal foam eye masks. I really like it and it’s comforting, but I usually wake up and it slid down my face. I tighten the band to make it tighter so it won’t slide down and it gets a little uncomfortable. I prefer the regular foam lightweight ones, but this one is pretty good at blocking out the light and giving a feeling of comfort when you first put it on. Read more
Perfect sleeping mask. Perfect weight, blocks all light, very soft. Love it so much I bought a 2nd for when one is in the wash. I don’t use any of my old masks, only these. I’ve recommended it to so many friends I should be getting referral $ at this point, lol. Read more
Mask is as described. Good quality material and designed for comfort. Total blackout. Very comfortable. Adjustable band. Perfect weight. Does not bother my eyes. This mask is very comfortable. It's the first time I've used a weighted mask. I really didn't know what to expect. I get migraines on a regular basis, and normally the last thing I want is anything touching my face, though sometime a bit of pressure in just the right place can ease the pain a bit. Enter this guy. I will lay it across my brows, a bit over my eyes, and I have even been able to drift off to sleep. It's good at blocking light. I am not strictly using it for sleep, but it works well for that too. It's dense. It's a great design, what I understand of design. I'm able to stretch it and kind of morph it a bit, if I need to, when dealing with migraines. (It's great to leave in the fridge/freezer if you know you're going to need it for a migraine.) The weight has been a bonus, depending on the type of headache I have. (I switch between a near weightless mask and this one.) For sleep, it's a winner. I don't know why, but there is a comfort in the weight of this mask. I deal with anxiety, and that may be the reason. I just know that this mask makes it easier/quicker for me to get to sleep. Perfect for back sleepers. Read more
