I had been using some scissors to trim nose hair but would sometimes nick myself. Not only painful but risk infection. I got these by mistake while trying out tweezers. I gave them a shot to see if they worked. While not perfect, they are better than scissors. These work a lot better than scissers but still have a problem with quality control. They need to be an exact fit to be perfect to clip hairs. These are cheap and sloppy. I have to be careful to make them clip correctly. If they do not clip the hair, you risk pulling the hair. I have to fully open them before removing them. However, there is no risk of a nick. If someone makes a high quality set, ill stand in line to get one. Read more

Yes, it works. However, if you have thick nose hairs it tends to get stuck shut and will pull the hairs. Kind of painful. Read more

just got this product in today, and I am sorry to say that it doesn't work. I had high hopes after watching the videos but when it got in my hands it failed to live up. the "blade" isn't sharp and will not cut the hairs, I could pinch the hairs and pull them out but then its just like normal tweezers. I even experimented on a beard hair, it wouldn't even cut through that. it pinched it and was twisted because it couldn't cut the hair. now granted my beard hair is much courser than a nose hair, but this product is a huge disappointment, and I can't recommend anyone buy it. edit, 8/15/23. the company reached out to me and offered a full refund. perhaps I just got unlucky with my product, but they made it right and I greatly appreciate that. will continue to look at their products in the future. great customer service. Got these as a present for someone who can use some personal grooming in the nose department, but hates the idea of sticking battery powered blades up his nostrils. These did the trick beautifully. I had doubts on how they could possibly work without standard style blades, but they go through even the fairly thick hair easily. Just remember to squeeze, not pull. The gift recipient was overjoyed and uses them regularly. Plus, they're really pretty... It kind of softens the blow of a gift that says "Welcome to middle age.
