Have had this for about 2 weeks and I use it each time I am lifting to video my workouts. It holds really strong and is very adjustable. I do not have to worry about this falling off the wall or off a rack or anything. Taking this sticky phone holder to the gym with me is now a must. It holds my phone firmly to almost any metal surface, even when I'm working out hard. It has 6 strong N52 magnets. It's easy to set up with the quick-release clamp, and I like that it works with thick cases, so I never have to take off my protection case to use it.
