I bought this because the wireless charger I had been using was starting to be unreliable. I liked the price and the fact that it comes with a stand so I can charge it and use my phone with ease if necessary. So far it works really well and charges my phone in a timely manner, not too fast so that I worry but also it doesn’t take forever even if my phone has died. Also, I got this in white/silver and it fits in really well with the decor and doesn’t take up much space. The silicone grip on the bottom makes sure the stand doesn’t move but if necessary it moves easily. It was easy to get out of the box and set up and the charger itself stays in the stand with no worries of falling out even when not being used but if needed is easy to take out. Read more
I was shopping for a magsafe charger for my wife when I ran across this one. It looked interesting and practical so I figured I would buy one. The price was right and I figured my wife could glance at her phone if she needed to while she is in bed without fumbling for it. It worked out great. It holds the phone securely enough without magnetically welding it to the charger and you can mount it horizontally or vertically. The charging is about the same as with other magsafe chargers and it comes with a handy USB 'a' adapter if you need. This thing is amazing! I finally switched to an iPhone with the magnetic thing on the back. I bought this (and a charging plate, not knowing one is already included) and I’m gobsmacked. It was so inexpensive compared to other chargers, keeps my phone upright, securely attaches to the magnetized charging plate, and I can easily see it or grab it. Takes less space on my bedside table and doesn’t slip or slide on the plate so I know it’s charging (versus my android that laid flat on my old charger). Great value, great function, fully charges very quickly, and so easy to set up and use. Highest recommendation. Read more
This MagSafe-compatible charger is exactly what I needed at a low price point. The convertible design is very handy, allowing it to work as both a stand and a flat pad, and the 5ft cable gives me plenty of reach. I’m giving it 4 stars because while it is more than adequate for daily charging, the magnets could be a touch stronger when using a thicker case—but for the price and convenience, it’s an excellent find! This thing deserves a review! I'm a nut when it comes to wrapping up my phones in the most protective and obstructive cases, so when i pull them out several years later they look brand new. The issue with new phones is of course Magsafe. i have tired over a dozen of different folio cases, including some that don't even claim to be magsafe compatible. This charger unlike my car ESR and Belkin has "punched" through literally EVERYTHING including some cases that are not only weren't supposed to be magsafe, they have obvious magnets blocking the charging area! At first i thought that my other chargers were broken, but after messing around with things and checking Apple's design specs, i concluded that this charger is just a BEAST! No, it won't overcharge or anything like that, your phone controls that, it just has a very good coil that pushes the magnetic field through everything in it's way. Couple that with very pleasing esthetics and tactile finishes! Great job! Wish these guys made other stuff. Read more
Update: Changed to 5 stars, previously 3. I reached out to the company and explained what happened. They were very professional and communicated with me in a prompt manner. They sent me a replacement charger free of charge. I received it very quickly. I highly recommend this product and this company. The first one I purchased was a defective item, and the replacement has been working perfectly. They did not even want me to send the broken one back as an exchange. They stand behind their items and I appreciate that in a company. First review: The charger worked really well for the first month that I had it. It charged really fast without the phone or charger getting hot. It suddenly started to charge a lot slower after the first four weeks of using it and my phone started to get hot. Now, almost two months later, it charges every now and then and when it does, it is slow. Sometimes it charges backwards, draining my battery. I was very pleased in the beginning but I’m glad I waited to write a review so I could share my experience. I am really disappointed because I loved it at first but now I have to purchase a whole new one and hope it lasts longer than this one did. Read more
