This windshield mount works well. While the video quality isn’t as good as some other camera options, the Wi-Fi connection is easy to set up, and the app functions as expected. I paid for the additional app features, but they don’t work as intended. The mount fits reasonably well, but it’s not as flush as I had hoped. If you encounter any issues with the rain sensor, the Lincoln dealer will blame the installation and connector for the problem, regardless of any pre-existing rain sensor issues. The installation is relatively easy, but it can be a bit challenging. Be cautious when removing the original cover, as it may be necessary in the future. If you want a rear camera as well, make sure to purchase the model that includes both, as it’s not upgradable. Overall, this is a decent camera that’s well-hidden. Even with its imperfections and non-flush fit on my 2025 Nautilus, it works seamlessly, and no one even notices it. The audio for my camera is in English, but it has a heavy Asian accent, which took me a while to understand. The app allows you to access the video, but it’s slow and requires some practice to navigate and store the desired content on your iPhone. This fits perfectly - let me walk you through the install and save you some headache. 1. Take off the lens cover and insert the microSD card. It's easier when it's not attached. 2. Use the orange prybar tool to take off the existing cover. Make sure you go all the way around as it's tough and feels like it will break, but it just snaps out eventually. 3. Unplug the red&black wire on the right. There is a little plastic bit on the top you can press down on and it easily slides out. 4. The connector that we just unplugged will slide out, just pull it to the right. 5. Now you can get at the rain sensor plug (attached to the circle looking thing). This is tough to do by hand, use needle nose pliers to wiggle it out. 6. Attach the Y-cable to everything, pretty self explanatory. 7. Re-slide the blue&white plug back into it's slot, and reconnect the black & red plug. 8. Make sure everything is tucked in and snap the camera into place. 9. Turn the car on and follow the Wifi setup instructions. Read more

Installed this in my 2024 Nautilus Rll, comes with everything you need for the install. The power plug on the rainsensor is a little tricky to unplug so be careful. Other than that the install was a breeze, all you have to do is format the SD card from the app. All the default settings are set for you, I adjusted a few things just on prefferance.
