Big empty bucket for your schtuff
If you want a big empty bucket for your schtuff, this might be it. I haven't actually received the bag yet, but I'm familiar with the brand and wanted to provide some balance to the reviewer who rated it 1 star because there aren't a lot of organizational pockets (internal and external)...because...some of us actually want a stripped down model (hence "vintage" in the name--messenger bags weren't intended to hold 2 cell phones, an iPad, your lipstick and laptop when they were first invented...you threw packages in there you didn't want to get wet and hopped on your bike!). I bought the bag to use on the metro to and from work. I plan to stick a smaller purse in there (that WILL have organization pockets for my cell phone and lipstick!), plus a bunch of other things: corporate shoes, lunch, reading material, bottle of water, etc. I don't need the messenger bag to have a lot of internal organization because that's just gonna irritate me as it gets in the way of me pulling out larger items. I fully expect to be happy with this bag for that reason...and I looked at all the big names before I settled on this one (larger than Timbuk2 and cheaper). Read more
