Attractive bag with a fatal flaw

A very attractive bag with a fatal flaw. The bag is *not* waterproof, because the cover is too small: the cover leaves an inch on each side exposed, where the rain can merrily pour into the bag. So what was the point of making the bag out of waterproof material? And why didn't Manhattan make the cover wide enough in the first place to avoid this problem? It's just sad and bizarre. Read more

Heavy Duty Waterproof Bag

My son chose this bag because he wanted a messenger bag of medium size that was strong enough to carry books, was waterproof to protect a phone and I pad and that he would be able to carry while riding his bike if he wanted. He's had this several years and it has held up. He has since bought a larger bag that he can wear as a backpack when riding his bike to go grocery shopping but he still uses the messenger bag when he doesn't need to carry large loads.
