excellent daily vitamin packs! have been taking these for about a year now ... my hair and nails are growing at a faster rate and I just feel stronger and better. yes, the price is VERY expensive. but when i get "proof" that something is working on the outside of my body, i believe that they are working on the inside as well and this makes the high cost worth it to me. note that 4 of the 5 pills in each packet are a bit large but they are coated and i had no trouble swallowing them. they have a pleasant taste, sort of minty. definitely recommend! This multivitamin has 60 packets of "premium" supplements. It is a multivitamin with additional optimal ingredients. The directions are somewhat confusing and say to take twice daily. It directs taking the catalyst, plus, and ambratose ao. This does not make sense as the pills are not identified. If taken all at one time, I do get an upset stomach. I need to take with food regardless of when I take them. I am sleeping well and that may or may not be correlated. I am also retaining a good deal of water which may or may not be correlated as well since taking. Overall, I do think that they are helpful but the directions could be better. Suggestion for improvement -The directions are confusing as I do not know if I am supposed to split the pills and what pill is which. Read more

These are way too expensive to contain synthetic vitamins. I do not recommend. If this was all natural vitamins I would recommend. Read more
