A absolute great buy

This is a great product. It gets the job of basic hair removal done with ease. The light illuminates perfectly so you can see what you missed in every crevice. The battery life is outstanding! I stored this away for about 5 weeks before, pulled it out to use it urgently while in a time crunch thinking I would need to wait for it to charge but nope it was still holding a charge from weeks ago. Need tech support

I used the trimmer in the shower because it cuts the hair really well when wet and it doesn’t nip the skin. However, it just stopped working. Thought it was a battery issue. It wasn’t. The battery level lights should flash and go out of when turning on. The trimmer never turned on. I had the trimmer for 9 months. Couldn’t find anything on how to contact the manufacturer or what the flashing lights mean. The trimmer is sealed so I don’t know what caused it to stop working. I never submerged the trimmer, just rinsed the blades off as needed. Disappointed with the mechanical issue but the trimmer is awesome. I have stopped using it in the shower. Read more
