The microphone is amazing. The boomerang arm isn’t compatible with my desk didn’t know until after the return period however the customer service was amazing! They accommodated my needs super fast. Issued a credit for me to buy a base. Don’t forget there is as 12 month warranty! The overall microphone is insanely good. I create content/ YouTube for my job and it’s insane. I'm a streamer. I had this microphone for two weeks before returning To preface, the mic sounds nice. There's nothing wrong with the sound quality, its everything else. In short, I would give this mic a 2/10, purely because the sound quality is better than that of a turtle beach headset. If my microphone isn't reliably connected without issue, it's getting knocked at least 6 points. The rest are because the stand was cheap asf. PLEASE READ THE REST BEFORE CONSIDERING First, you have to download the app in order to use it. Already a big no-no for me, I don't want apps to clutter with streaming software/heavy games etc. and you might think... you just have to open the app when you turn the pc on to connect it, right? If this was the case, I wouldn't have returned it. Randomly, about every half hour or so, the mic would decide to disconnect (wired & wireless btw). This became a huge hassle, since when on stream, the mic doesn't automatically switch to something else. People just straight up would not hear me until I fixed it. I had to open the app, hold the power button on the mic to restart it, and click the mic on the app again to reconfigure. Very annoying. I had been using a Blue Yeti for some years before that, and I originally went to find a new stand (the one I had was cheap, so I needed an upgrade). I tried this mic out, and after two weeks frantically tried to get my (ridiculous) $80 back. Nothing has beaten the Blue Yeti for me. Also, if you were considering the mic + arm package, this mic came with the same trash $20 stand covering the rest of this site.
