Was missing pieces (including the SEAT), tried to contact the reseller and was told I must contact the manufacturer (who is also the reseller, but with a different email address, which is ridiculous). After two weeks of back-and-forth and providing them with documentation and photos, instead of simply sending me the missing parts, they instructed me to repack and ship the ENTIRE unit back (which is huge) at MY EXPENSE. What a joke. In regards to the product itself, it’s too short, too fragile, cheaply made and an accident waiting to happen. My wife likes it as she gets a nice massage for her neck, back and legs. She's able to relax and not have to worry about falling off. Similar to a sitting massage chair. She also benefits from a little cardio workout for the "other" activity, which I get a workout and enjoy my part as well. It's very sturdy and needs assembly, but not complicated. It's much heavier than I expected, so not something you can move up and down the stairs easily if you want to use it in multiple locations. Most places I saw these were anywhere from $600-$1000. Found a few here and there for like $450 or $550 but still couldn’t really justify it. Found this one for $371 with prime and couldn’t pass it up. Was fairly easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy. The instructions, however, are a little lacking. For example, they tell you the arm and leg rests are different, but not how they were different, nor were they marked. Using common sense, we were able to put it together in about 30 minutes (would’ve been less if I was searching the instructions for answers lol). Other than that, the bench itself is a little short and narrow. I’m 5’10” and long waisted, I was able to fit half way comfortably but after about an hour, it starts to hurt around your ribs and your vag may go numb 😅 The height, however, was not an issue for us. My husband is 5’10” also and it was perfect. Would probably be good up to 6’. The buckles could be a little bit higher quality, the strap around my wrists and ankles, I could pull my arms and legs up and the strap would come loose. The others, around your forearm and calves didn’t seem to have that issue. The head rest seems like it could break easily if you have it out all the way and weren’t careful, but it’s super comfy! We were kinda hoping it was foldable or portable or easy to assemble and disassemble, but it really isn’t. Once you get the rests where you want, I guess you could just take the legs off with the rests still attached so the rests were still where you wanted them, without having to readjust every time. Then probably just store it and reassemble it within a few minutes. We may end up doing that, but for now, we are just planning on leaving ours up. This basic design of this spanking bench offers immense potential. I really want to like this bench, but there are too many little details that have been overlooked. It's for those reasons that I can't rate this product higher even though I got it on sale at $330.00. Assembly: Everything assembles with an included allen wrench, usually two allen screws per leg. Unfortunately, the very low quality printed instructions have such tiny tiny graphics that you can't make out what you're supposed to understand on how to align each of the legs to the base. You pretty much have to do this by trial and error until you get it right. Further, for quick take-down these allen screws could have been replaced with different hardware. You might as well consider this "permanent dungeon furniture unless you want to spend a lot of effort putting it up and taking it down every time you use it. I'll add that the arm and leg rests on my unit came with the snap lock tie down straps set up for the same side of the bench and needed to be reversed. I had one leg that was slightly oversized and didn't want to go into the base, requiring some extra effort and force to get it to fully seat in place. Use: Here's where the bench's shortfalls in design really showed up for me. I'm a bit over 6'2" and my girl is 5'8". If used as a "sex bench" (see the title it's sold as) this bench would need to be about 6" taller for me to enter my girl from behind! Putting that aside, just getting on the bench, unless your bottom is short in stature, this bench isn't nearly long enough. When I got on it myself, I felt really cramped up. My girl does okay, but even she isn't nearly as comfortable as she could be. This bench clearly needs to be longer and taller, or have adjustable height legs. It does sit reasonably solid on the ground with the supplied leg floor leveling inserts. They aren't the highest quality and I wouldn't expect them to last a long time if you used them on a floor that wasn't level. Yet, I also wouldn't want to use the metal legs to sit directly on the floor without them. Be sure to help your bottom get on the bench. If you don't, it's a bit "tippy" until they're settled in place. Very important: Equally important is to make certain you help your bottom off the bench as they're likely to be unstable when in sub-space. That's when this bench can more easily tip over, or as we discovered, get broken. Yes, my girl, was in sub-space and instinctively put her hand on something that appeared to her would be solid. It wasn't. That's when she broke the headrest where it attaches to the two tubes about the 2nd or 3rd time we used the bench. In summary, I definitely wouldn't want to pay full price for this bench. It has it's merits and works well for average heights tops and smaller bottoms. If you're a tall top and have a larger bottom, I wouldn't recommend this unless you plan to make modifications to it. First, I am amazed that Amazon delivered as promised. Guess there is a first time for everything. Second, I actually got the item I ordered, and third the quality is tops. The padding is as stated, thick dense and all other parts are high quality, sturdy steel. The only thing is the head rest slips out of position no matter how much you tighten it. The height of the bench is perfect if you are 5'9" give or take a few inches. If you are tall you will have to squat or add a modification to the legs to get it higher. Opposite if you are short, but having a step will be easier than trying to make it higher. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the fun it allows you to enjoy is mind blowing. Read more
