I am hyper mobile and was having a lot of pain from my bed pushing my hips and shoulders out of alignment in my sleep. I ordered this and I just added it on top of the already existing memory foam pad I had and it has been amazing. I still have some pain but It is so much less. This topper is very soft and comfortable but still supportive enough that my body is in alignment without being pushed up or sagging in. There is a slight smell but I am very sensitive and i doubt most people would notice. It faded quickly. The foam re inflated within about 30 minutes. I would recommend this product, my roommate bought one right after trying mine out. She does not normally like foam pads like this but with the extra cushion she loved it. Very comfortable and fits my mattress really well. The deep pockets are really deep. It is rather heavy to move around but you can move it rather easily. When I took it out of the package at first there was a smell but once it was out for the recommended time it had no smell at all. The only issue I have is that it will shift around, so every 2 or 3 days I have to take everything off the bed and readjust it. I love it!!! It works great for my bad back. Read more

Love our mattress topper. I was worried it may not fit but can tell you it does have deep pockets. I received the topper and right out of the box no smell. We purchased this set since our previous memory foam pad was quite old and losing its effectiveness. The set arrived well-packaged, in two vacuum-sealed internal packages--one for the memory foam and the other for the mattress pad to go over top. I was initially very concerned that the foam would recover its proper shape and thickness, given its initial distortion, but in an hour or so it recovered quite well. I was also pleased to find that the pieces gave off no chemical smell when released from their packaging. That being said, however, when compared with our previous pad, I found this new one to be thinner (though it IS the advertised 2 inches in thickness) and less dense than the old pad, even given the old one's age. I was therefore very skeptical that this new set would be able to effectively replace the old one. I thought about returning the set, but realized that I would never be able to get the pieces back into their original shrink-wrapped containers. So I settled on a compromise---I simply piled the new foam pad on top of the old one and then placed the mattress pad over both. The pad was easy to install, and the quilted pad's sides were more than adequate to securely contain both the old and new memory foam pads, and so overall, we are pleased with the improvement in comfort. However, I doubt this new set alone would have provided the padding we experienced with the older pad. For those looking for a moderate increase in padding and are looking for a relatively budget-friendly solution, this set may be an option. But those looking for a more robust level of padding may want to consider other options, depending on their needs. Read more
