My wife has gone “teal” in our kitchen. This was a great compliment to some other kitchen accessories in color and style. Aside from that, this has some great features. It is very powerful even though it is relatively small and low wattage. The knobs and mechanical buttons are a great retro look but also simple and functional. There is a users manual that can help with selection of “level” and time choices, but we never really refer to it. My one caution is that the clock seems to run a little slow. Every few weeks I have to adjust it to match the time reflected on my stovetop and phone. I never had to do this with our previous microwave. Small matter and not worth removing a whole star for me. The media could not be loaded. Compact and powerful, very nice unit. Numbers are easy to read and rotating glass plate is large enough. Timer is easy to set. Easy to operate and good midsize microwave easy to pick up. Heats food quickly and very hot. Able to take damp clothes and wipe spills easily. It has proven functional and easy to keep clean. The outside appearance looks nice. Really nothing to envy to the prestigious brand names. I love the retro look. Read more

I actually purchased this microwave back in August for my mom. I wanted to wait and see how it worked for a little bit before leaving a review. This little microwave is amazing!! It's not only cute, it works great. I saw some people said the clock lost a minute or two but the one we got is perfect! My mom was having difficulty seeing the buttons on her traditional microwave so I thought this one would be perfect for her. She loves it and I feel so much better knowing she can use it without struggling to see the settings. Even the packaging was high quality (I was a little nervous about how it would take the delivery ride). I truly couldn't be more happy with this purchase. It's perfect!!! Read more

I specifically acquired this model for a senior with extremely compromised vision. Operationally, it is very easy to use and has a very simple, clear display. Although the features are pretty basic, its simplicity of operation is an asset. It is a little noisier than the microwave I replaced which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Knobs, push buttons and a simple operating program make this "old school" appliance far better than the high tech variety. I'm pleased with it's cooking and find 900 watts the "sweet spot" in the microwave range. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a nice beachy color and the microwave works great so far. It's not loud and cooks evenly. The set up was easy as well as using the settings. It seems to be really good quality so far. I'm highly recommending this for those who want a medium sized microwave. It's not "small" per say and can fit a 10" size plate/bowl comfortably. Read more
