Hard to work, directions unclear

This is so cute, and I fell for it. The directions that came with are virtually indecipherable, and its operating buttons/display are unlike any I’ve ever seen. I can make it heat (at uncertain power) for certain amounts of time, but it has to be monitored nonstop and manually stopped and checked. Any “specialized” functions (like popcorn or potatos) are still a mystery. I wish I had the energy to repack and return. Read more

I'm just letting buyers know that for some reason they have the size wrong on this description everywhere. Somebody there doesn't know the difference between height width and depth. If and when they correct this I will take my one star rating down. I have yet to give this microwave a real review because it hasn't arrived yet. It’s cute but complicated

The media could not be loaded. It’s a nice little size and I wanted a retro look so it won on that but it’s complicated. The settings are confusing and it’s not easy to just do anything more than 30 seconds if you’re like a super microwave pro and you wanna like manually set it up to defrost and then microwave And like do all this advanced manual microwave setting there’s a manual but unless you memorize it, it’s not very appealing to leave on the counter and it still doesn’t make sense. Overall, unless you wanna microwave things for 30 seconds or press a bunch of buttons to figure it out, I would pick something else usually people just wanna turn the microwave on and set it for how long.
