This is actually meant for carrying electronic gear (phones, tablets and the like), but I found it to also be handy for keeping all my electronic tools and parts in one place for computer repairs. Very roomy, holds my electric screwdriver, additional sets, phone charging wire and more. I like the look and feel of it. Lots of holding spaces for cords/cables, some roomy mesh pockets, and plenty of open space which can be divided up into smaller sections if needed. Solid build, good zipper, easy to carry around. This case has a lot of room to store a variety of different cords and other electronics you might have. I currently have a JBL speaker, my power bank, all of my charger cords, and there’s still a lot of space left. You can slightly customize your storage by using Velcro dividers that are provided. The material is thick and feels durable. It’s small enough be easily to packed in a suitcase or bag. The zippers worked well and I had no issues with them sticking. Wanted a compact bag for essentials when I'm traveling on photo shoots: memory card reader, a couple backup SSDs, desktop charger, colorimeter, camera battery charger, the cables for these and my laptop, maybe some odds and ends. This is stuff stays in the car or motel room, so it needs organization more than hard shell protection. This Matein bag turned out to fill the bill just fine. Two compartments, separate zippers. The one compartment has handy elastic bands and corresponding mesh pockets arranged vertically on its long side. These secure bundled cables very nicely (TIP: Snug the cables down with smaller velcro cable ties.) The second compartment is open with a large mesh zippered compartment on the divider. Several configurable separators are provided for arranging larger accessories in the open space. I'm not sure how handy these separators will be and you'll likely need to supplement them somehow. I do so using similar dividers remaining from various older, worn out camera backpacks, trimmed to size. The stitching showed no defects or loose threads and the smallish handle is adequate to the task. The zippers are larger than expected, a good thing. Read more
Love this! Needed it for all the wires I have in my WFH office, and this did not disappoint. A bunch of pockets and slots for various odd and ends. I use this bag for work. It stores all my USB, serial, and network cables for connecting to various field devices with my laptop. This bag makes finding the right cable and attachments super easy. it is better than other bags i have used. The build quality is great and the material is okay. I work in an industrial environment so i do have to mind where i set this and how i handle it so it does not get damaged. for example, i have some klein bags that i dont mind just throwing into the bed of my truck or in the back seat. this bag is not built for those shenanigans.
