Fringe problems

Im on the fence about this product. The good: the height is great, the overal detailing exceeds my expectaion, and they really are super comfy. The bad: The Fringe, which is 100% why I bought these, is a mess! Due to the packing instead of lying flat and moving smoothly when you walk they are all curled and bent, looking more like a bizarre red mop. Very dissappointing! I have tried several rounds now of soaking with a spray bottle and attempting to pull it straight, a bit better, but nothing like the photos or expectation. Such a shame to ruin the primary feature of the boot by bad packing. I may keep because they are so comfy, but so weird looking I may end up cutting off the fringe. Read more
