I purchased this product because it’s summer and my weighted blanket makes it too hot to sleep. I use this across my shoulders over my chest and the compression calms my anxiety and I sleep well. I don’t get hot like with my weighted blanket. During the day I’ll put it across my back shoulders for calming and focus. It feels like a nice hug. Great product! I love this wrap when I remember I have it. I had a weighted blanket. I had to leave behind me when fleeing a dangerous situation and I needed something to come with me so I got this wrap. I like that you can heat or cool it though I don’t usually do either. I will say the stitching in between sections is actually very weak and if you pull it at all, it will start to pull out and Remove the division in the section which is kind of annoying that could stand to be improved.
