Run on Kitchen-aid Pro600. First the meat grinder... Used to grind pork shoulder (50#) and venison (80#) into sausage and stuff half of it into LEM 32mm pork casings. My only complain is that it should have had a better quality centering method, the staining of the meat with metal dust from rubbing while processing. Takes a while to feed the meat / fat mix but does an excellent job of grinding even the toughest cuts (yah my bad for feeding gristle but the grinder did a great job), it did need cleaned once due to build up. Given the comparison of 80% of grind per half hour vs a $800 commercial grinder at the price it was an excellent exchange. The shredder / slicer attachment really should have had a flex coil and a down angle for the output side (solved by putting a kitchen plate under the back of the mixer) shreds and slices everything from potatoes to cheese with ease and convenience! Everything as described. Some pieces are plastic but that is what I expected for this reasonable price. Comes nicely boxed and everything works great! Definitely worth the money, does everything a food processor does but attaches to the kitchen aid mixer I already have. Read more

I’ve had this grinder for a few years now and don’t use it often. If this can save someone else from ruining their mixer here goes. Pros: price, easy to clean, attaches well. Cons: IT LEAKS!! Not just a little either. This grinder doesn’t drain correctly at all. Instead of the excess juice draining out of the front, it backs up into the mixer! This is the going to burn out my expensive stand mixer that I saved up for. Not worth the pain and hassle of trying to clean out inside my mixer now. I’m going to have to call a service person to professionally clean and fix it. Read more
