My only regret is not getting one sooner!
This product does wonders! After almost 20 years of going to a chiropractor and massage therapist, I can say nothing has provided me with the kind of lasting muscle tension relief this product has. My first time using it I worked on every knot and pressure point possible, focusing on really tight muscles affecting my posture and hip problems. My worst area was my chest muscles which I’ve always done deeply stretches for, thinking I was as loose as I could be. Well let me tell you, for the first time in YEARS I’m able to hold my shoulders back with tension elsewhere. I worked on my legs, calf, arches, neck muscles and lower back/buttocks. I stood up and no tightness anywhere! It isn’t a cure all – I still need to do physical therapy exercises to ensure I strengthen my weak muscles, but I feel like this is as good of a blank slate as I can possibly get for my body in order to correct the body pain issues I have. This is seriously better than any deep tissue massage or chiropractic adjustment I’ve ever had! Totally unexpected!! The product itself is great quality and I’ve had no issues with it.
