This product does wonders! After almost 20 years of going to a chiropractor and massage therapist, I can say nothing has provided me with the kind of lasting muscle tension relief this product has. My first time using it I worked on every knot and pressure point possible, focusing on really tight muscles affecting my posture and hip problems. My worst area was my chest muscles which I’ve always done deeply stretches for, thinking I was as loose as I could be. Well let me tell you, for the first time in YEARS I’m able to hold my shoulders back with tension elsewhere. I worked on my legs, calf, arches, neck muscles and lower back/buttocks. I stood up and no tightness anywhere! It isn’t a cure all – I still need to do physical therapy exercises to ensure I strengthen my weak muscles, but I feel like this is as good of a blank slate as I can possibly get for my body in order to correct the body pain issues I have. A friend of mine has a very expensive version of this device. ($350.00!!) I found this model and it was much more affordable. I am so happy that I found this! It provides the same deep, muscle massage, with 5 speed settings and 6 different attachment heads for different types of massage. I have had terrible neck and shoulder knots and pain from too much sitting at computer working during COVID. This released the knots and relieved the pain after only one use. It didn't feel instantly released, but after 30 minutes or so of stopping the massage, it was just gone! I like that there are 5 settings, because I am not very big person and I don't like deep tissue massage. Great purchase, highly recommend to anyone with muscle pain and/or stress! knots! I previously ordered from this company and was never disappointed. This new Mebak Gun Massager is fantastic! I knew right away when I got the professional box. As you can see it is well packaged and have a nice box with extra heads for the massager. The color of the massage gun is beautiful and modern! It is light yet soooo powerful. I have used other massage guns (the ones at $400) and I DO NOT see any difference whatsoever between the Mebak and the expensive ones. After reviewing several reviews it appeared the Mebak 3 was the way to go, but the 5 had a nice price the day I ordered. Number 5 is Alive!!! (some of the younger folks may not get that reference). My partner could not put it down the first night. He and I work out 3-5x/week and this was the answer to our sore muscles. The various speeds and attachments allow for it to take care of every muscle in your body. Were not big on giving massages to each other, so the Mebak 5 has filled on as the house masseuse. Read more
