Same warm color same brightness and should be way more reliably and they draw less current. Star with old bulbs, current draw was 1..57 amps, star with LED, current draw 0.21 amps. Bulbs were NOT scratched, perfect fit in old screw-in socket. No issues as reported by others. Order them up before they are gone. Read more

I purchased 900 of these bulbs and just finished using over 800 updating the Christmas lighting display on my property. (I planned on spares) This is not something I take lightly with a 4700 sq ft three story house with wrap round porch and a 4000 sq ft shop fully lit. Every single bulb was perfect, the correct 2700k warm white appearance, no damage, packaged very carefully, I have no complaints, only compliments. They are very well made and although a lot of care was used in updating my lights, a few bulbs were dropped from around 8ft to a concrete patio with no damage. I cannot speak to longevity yet, but for initial appearance and durability they are well worth the money. My local hardware stores only sell faceted bulbs (the diamond pattern rough face) which I do not care for. These are the perfect charming warm winter Christmas welcoming light for my farmhouse style home. I will update this review after a few weeks of 'run time' with these bulbs but so far I am very impressed. Read more
