I have purchased this every couple of months for years for skin issues with my husband. The product has changed to a slightly larger container with a useless plastic insert. For years this product was nice and thick, now with the container change with the useless insert the product is watery. If you tilt the container at all it will pour out. If your hands are huge, you may be able to unscrew the top without spilling the product. (maybe your fix was to put in a worthless insert). I tend to tilt it slightly while working with the product with one hand holding the jar with the other and if I can't hold it perfectly straight while working with the other hand it is a mess. You had an excellent product and changed it. I purchase it now only because I am desperate and hoping they will reverse the latest attempt at some kind of improvement. Very thin and watery not at all up to the usual standards. I have ordered the product number of times since you made the changes. Please go back to the original product. I have read several reviews that have also noticed the watery content. Please go back to the original product and original jar packaging. The original was just the right size to hold with one hand with no spills. Read more
